With more than 30 years of experience as a communications and marketing professional, Mark has worked in a number of different sectors, including senior living, agriculture, manufacturing, insurance, health/wellness and travel/tourism.

Besides developing content for crisis plans, annual reports, white papers, brochures, internal communications and marketing-related collateral for clients, Mark also has an extensive background as a freelance writer. For example, he has written hundreds of articles for a variety of local, statewide, regional and national publications; and he has ghostwritten three books and also served as an editor on three other business books.

An Iowa native, Mark has a B.A. degree in Radio-TV Communications – Business from the University of Northern Iowa and, in his free time, enjoys outdoor activities and creating modern wood art and sculptures.
