Why do you love working with Wixted clients?

I love to see the learning and confidence that comes when clients go through one of our trainings. We give them new tools and insights that will help them for the rest of their careers. 

What are some trending topics that companies should be prepared for or know more about?

In today’s virtual world, it's imperative that leaders have strong communication skills when leading teams and presenting remotely. Virtual delivery and face-to-face communication require different skills. The basics are the same, but when you communicate virtually, you’ll need to increase your energy level. Use gestures and vocal variety (volume, cadence and pace) to match your content. Doing this will keep your audience engaged. 

When you aren’t assisting Wixted clients, where would you be?

My husband, Brian, and I spend our free time following our son, Jonathan, on the golf course, and watching our daughter, Caroline, play volleyball and softball. I also play a lot of tennis and enjoy cooking and baking for my family.
