Training in the Age of Zoom

Wixted & Company is known for its engaging, personalized and positive training sessions, which focus on skill-building in a supportive environment. Traditionally, we’ve relied on face-to-face, small group sessions for maximum impact.

Recognizing early that COVID-19 would interrupt scheduled in-person sessions, the trainers at Wixted & Company came together to reimagine what training looks like when everyone is sheltering in place.

We sat down with Wixted Communications Advisor & Trainer Andy Garman to talk to him about what it’s like to conduct media trainings using tools like Zoom and Skype. Andy also shares some tips and tricks for making the most of an online interview.
